Shipping Policy for Adult Awards
Adult Awards are processed within 5 business days of receipt.  Please note this requires a complete nomination form with required signatures and a letter of recommendation.

All faxed orders will be assessed a $6.00 fee.  All faxes are considered “rush orders” and will be assessed $6.00 for the special handling. Faxes orders for adult awards will be processed within 3 business days. The fax fee is assessed per shipping address (orders shipped together are assessed one fee).  Fax orders are shipped First Class Mail through the US Post Office (unless the customer has upgraded the shipping at an additional cost). 

Fax orders require a MasterCard or Visa. If an order is faxed without a MasterCard or Visa, it will be delayed an additional business day (it will be placed in a problem pile to be dealt with the following day).

Standard Postage/Handling Fee
There is a $5.00 postage/handling fee.  This fee will be assessed per application.  (Maximum of $15.00 charge for standard postage/handling if submitting more than 3 adult awards at the same time.) Standard shipping is First Class Mail through the US Post Office. To expedite processing of your order please see our Fax Policy. You may choose to upgrade your shipping at additional cost.  Shipping to other than the continental US (including APO, FPO and US Territories) may require upgraded shipping at additional cost.The following options are available for upgraded shipping:

Additional Shipping Options:

Priority Mail is provided through the United States Postal Service. Packages are usually delivered within 2-3 business days (but this is not a guaranteed delivery time).  Priority Mail for Adult Awards is an additional $6.00. 

Ground Service is offered for Street Addresses ONLY, FedEx will NOT deliver to PO Boxes. Note this is Ground Service, NOT overnight.  See below for Expedited Shipping. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday - No Weekend Deliveries. Please visit www.fedex.com for transit times from zip code 63123.  The cost to upgrade to FedEx Ground is an additional $12.00.

Expedited Shipping - Expedited Shipping is available for an additional $20.00.  Orders will be delivered in 1 or 2 days depending on your zip code. (Remote areas will take longer.) Deliveries are made Monday through Friday - No Weekend Deliveries.  Customers must provide a street address and correct zip code (DHL cannot deliver to P.O. boxes). A day phone number is also required. 

International Shipping - Additional charges apply to International Shipping for adult awards and depend on the destination and type of delivery requested.  Please contact Jennifer at the P.R.A.Y. office at jenniferh@praypub.org for quotes on International Shipping.
